The conference has been a demonstration of the progress the Conflict Avoidance Pledge and its principles have made across the industry. Rarely do we get to see Clients, Contractors, Suppliers, Accrediting Organisations and Legal professions engage in open and honest discussions in how we can avoid dispute, transform behaviours in project delivery and embed true collaboration. The commitment from the industry is evident from the Conference speakers and attendees which needs to be the catalyst for real change in how we avoid and resolve disputes.
