Paul Taggart BSc, DBA, DipICArb, FCIArb, MRICS

Paul has a career spanning 45 years. He focuses on international adjudication and arbitration on large scale infrastructure and building projects and is listed in FIDIC, Camera Di Milano, AIAC, and CIETAC panels. He is a visiting lecturer in Contract and Claim Management at Politecnico di Milano. Following his site experience, he acted for 25 years as Director of Contract Administration and Dispute Resolution – Global Operations for Tier 1 European constructors operating across multiple continents and legal jurisdictions and notable projects. Paul is a Past President of the DRBF EXCO. He is an advocate for multi-tiered DR provisions containing ADR, having seen the benefit in practice.
